Dr. Cid is a 2024 graduate of Louisiana State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she has lived in the United States since 2019, when she moved to Massachusetts to pursue her master’s degree in Infectious Diseases and Global Health at Tufts University. She later relocated to Louisiana to complete her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Cid is passionate about animal health, preventive care, and supporting pet owners through every stage of their pet’s life. Her goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered veterinary care while building meaningful relationships with both pets and their families. Dr. Cid is also fluent in Spanish!
Outside of the practice, Dr. Cid enjoys spending time with her partner, their dog, Solei, and their cat, Kylo Ren. She also loves creating hand-embroidered patterns, reading, binge watching series and, whenever possible, traveling back to Puerto Rico with her partner to visit family and friends and continue making lasting memories.
